Altered by tectonic convulsions and heavy glacial activity, the Kenai Fjords National Park is a coastline that is constantly on the move. This vast region encompasses an area of over 1,046 square miles, with over 800 nautical miles of seacoast that has been sculpted into an intricate maze of twisted coves, ice-clogged bays, rocky outstretched capes and 38 glaciers, forming one of the most pristine, scenic treasures on this planet. Words cannot even begin to describe the true majesty of the Kenai Fjords National Park. You have to see it to believe it!

The Kenai Fjords National Park is the home of a wide variety of Alaskan wildlife. Humpback, Gray and Orca whales frequent these waters. You can also expect to see Stellar Sea Lions, Dall’s Porpoise, Sea Otters, Bald Eagles and a tremendous variety of marine birds that migrate to this breeding ground every summer. The Kenai Fjords National Park hosts the largest concentration of wildlife on the Kenai Peninsula, including brown bears, black bears and mountain goats.

The team at Saltwater Safari Tours will guide you on your Kenai Fjords National Park adventure! We offer both full and half day tours of the Kenai Fjords National Park on our fast and stable 53′ vessels Legend and Legacy.
